Ski Dubai Tickets How to Redeem
- To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have your E-tickets or printed copies.
- Approach the ticketing counter and present your ticket to get an entry wristband as per the option booked
- Once you are ready to enter the venue, scan the wristband at the turnstiles
- You can proceed to enter the venue and embark on a memorable trip.
Ski Dubai Tickets Important Information
- For Snow Premium, our operations will coordinate with you, and the booked slot needs to be confirmed at the latest 48 hours before the visit date.
- The guest must bring our confirmation mail to the Snow Premium venue. If you do not receive the same, please check the booking status with our team before visiting.
- Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
- Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
- To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride, children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height, and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
- Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
- Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
- Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours: from 10 am to midnight)
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- An adult must accompany children at all times.
- Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
- Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
- NOTE – The venue is not wheelchair accessible, and pregnant ladies are not allowed to participate in the activities.
